We are currently looking for an experienced Floor Deep Clean Operative to join our team on a flexible basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out deep cleaning of hard floors in commercial premises.

Operating professional floor cleaning machinery, including scrubber dryers, rotary machines, buffers, and polishers.

Floor stripping, scrubbing, polishing, burnishing, and restoration works.

Assessing floor conditions and selecting appropriate cleaning methods and chemicals.

Following health & safety procedures and COSHH guidelines.

Maintaining equipment and ensuring all machinery is used safely and effectively.

Requirements:

Previous experience in commercial floor deep cleaning.

Confident operating professional floor cleaning machinery.

Knowledge of different floor types and suitable cleaning techniques.

Ability to work independently and maintain high standards.

Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.

Desirable:

Experience working in offices, retail units, hospitality venues, or commercial buildings.

Experience with floor sealing, polishing, and specialist floor restoration services.
